Experienced excellent service from this garage. A Renault exchanged for a Renault. Received a nice offer and had very nice contact during this entire process. Time is also taken during the day of trade-in. You will be warmly welcomed and have an involved conversation. In addition, and this is exceptional, you will receive compliments about the car that you are trading in. Very nice appreciation that I have never experienced before. In short, a big compliment for this company.

Renault should be proud to have Gertjan in their family. Hard-working person with great knowledge of the procedures and the cars he sells. We've been to several dealerships but ended up buying from Renault. Worth every penny also for the after-sales care, plus Gertjan gained our trust 100% by listening to our needs and advising the best possible option we could go for. Today he invited us for the new Captuur and again, even being busy, he was multitasking between helping us and welcoming new (possible) buyers. Well-done and definitely recommend!

Recently traded in our Zoe for a slightly newer one. After consultation about our wishes, GertJan made us a nice offer in terms of car and trade-in proposal. Totally ripped off by these street fraudsters. They got me good. Bought the car, had a warranty on it and after 3 days there was already something wrong with it, even though they supposedly thoroughly examined and maintained it before sale. Ultimately having to knock on the door of the local garage every 2-3 weeks for six months, Van Kesteren was not amenable to consultation about a truly sustainable solution. The blame was always placed on me. After a life-threatening incident on the highway that could have been prevented by proper maintenance, I had had enough. I hope never to have contact with this club again and will strongly advise against making an appointment with this garage.
